The 4th Chuy's I've been to and by far the least of the 4. Was not that busy yet the waitress while friendly enough seemed overwhelmed. The beef enchilada was crispy on the edges and the chili Rellenos was not cooked all the way through and dry.

Well this is one amazing chain. Great food great sauces especially the jalapeno sauce and the happy hour buffet is awesome. Margaritas are so yummy too
Questions & Answers
I think it's like 5-8 or something "happy hour". The waitress told us about it. In passing when we asked about their nachos. She said we have the free nacho bar or you can order some and I will bring it out to you at menu price. We didn't get the schedule though
